Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise
The current flagship. A VR headset with dual 32MP colour passthrough and a depth sensor, so trainees can see their real hands, tools and colleagues when the session calls for it.

Pico Neo 3 Pro Eye
A proven 6DoF headset for room scale VR training and simulation, with Tobii eye tracking built in, useful where attention and gaze data matter as much as the session itself.

Pico G3+
Seated, look around VR with a single controller. The simplest device to put in front of a classroom or an event audience, with no play space to clear and no account to create.

Manage every headset from one place.
Pico offers device management tooling, built for organisations running more than a handful of headsets. It covers enrolling new devices, pushing content and updates, and monitoring a fleet, without needing to set up each headset by hand.
For larger estates, Pico also works with third party platforms such as ArborXR, so you can manage Pico headsets alongside other hardware from a single dashboard if that suits your setup better.
A paid platform, built for admins.
PICO Business Device Manager is Pico's own paid device management platform. For customers who want it, it groups fleet management into three areas, so admins are not hunting across different tools to get a simple task done.
Device management
- Check device status
- Manage devices remotely
- Configure device settings
- Push content to devices
- Set up the home screen
Content management
- Applications
- Files
- Location based maps
Organisation management
- Set up single sign on
- Configure roles and access
- Manage teams
- Review activity logs

Common questions.
Anything not covered here, ask us directly. We would rather answer than have you guess.
Which model should we choose?
If trainees need to move around and see their real surroundings, the Pico 4 Ultra Enterprise with passthrough is usually the fit. If the content is fully virtual and gaze data matters, the Pico Neo 3 Pro Eye. For a seated audience who just needs to look around, the G3+.
Do users need personal accounts?
No. Devices are provisioned centrally and can launch straight into your application, so a headset can be shared across a shift or a class.
How do we manage a fleet of devices?
Pico Business Suite is available as a paid platform for managing larger fleets, or we can set up a third party platform such as ArborXR for you. We can help you decide which fits your estate and manage it on your behalf.
Will our existing content run on Pico?
Usually. The SDK supports Unity, Unreal, OpenXR and WebXR, so most existing applications port across with little rework. We will review your content before you commit.
Do all devices come staged, and does support cover everyone?
No, both are optional services. If you choose staging, we configure devices before they ship. Ongoing support is only in place for customers who take out a support plan, rather than something every device comes with automatically.
Can we try before we buy?
Yes. Ask us about a demonstration or a short trial with your own content before you commit to a rollout.
Not sure which headset fits? We will tell you.
Tell us what the session looks like and we will recommend the right device, quantity and support model.
