Changing behaviour is harder than changing technology.  Getting users to change their behaviour is one of the biggest hurdles to ensure technology adoption.

Through co creation with our clients, we have found tailoring the adoption program to their employees to trigger their desire and will has won the best outcomes.

Managing the devices can cause delays when internal IT teams are unfamiliar with the new technology, especially when there is both hardware and software and an additional device management tool to learn and gain skills.  This doesn’t happen overnight.

Getting them up to speed can take a long time and distracts them from the day-to-day operations.
